Part-time substitutes for our customer center, Dalatrafik, Borlänge

Do you want to make a difference for travelers in Dalarna? We are now looking for part-time substitutes for our customer center in Borlänge. The customer center consists of, among other things, Dalatrafik's booking center and our customer service. The job is suitable for you who are studying and can combine studies with work occasionally, or for you who may not be working and want a place to come to now and then. There is also the possibility to work more during the summer.

About the position:

As a part-time substitute at Dalatrafik's customer center, you are an important link between us and our travelers. At our booking center, you will receive bookings and inquiries and ensure that each journey is planned and carried out in a safe and efficient manner. In our customer service, you will answer questions about our tickets, timetables, and help solve problems in a professional and empathetic manner, both via phone and our case management system. You will work in a team where service, collaboration, and solution focus are at the center.

Your job responsibilities:

• Receive and register travel bookings in our systems
• Inform customers about times, modes of transport, and any changes
• Handle cancellations and rebookings
• Provide good service to all travelers, with special focus on those with special needs
• Collaborate with traffic management and other units to ensure high quality in traffic

Requirements:

• Good computer and phone skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in customer service or similar

Personal qualities:

• Positive, professional, and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills and enjoys helping others
• Responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Stress-resistant and flexible as the work can be intense at times
